Kampala, (UG):- Uganda Police Football Club has signed a landmark three-year partnership with MAFRO Sports, making the sportswear company the club’s official kit supplier starting from the 2024/25 season.
The groundbreaking unveiling ceremony took place at Police headquarters in Naguru this Friday.
Under this partnership, MAFRO will supply high-quality kits for both players and fans, with the first batch of jerseys expected to arrive in time for the second round of the season.
Speaking at the function, Mahmood Mahmoud Gomda, CEO of MAFRO Sports Singapore, reiterated the company’s commitment to providing high-quality kits and working closely with the club to enhance its performance.
On his part, SCP Halango Timothy, Chairman of Police FC, expressed his appreciation for the partnership, emphasizing its potential to foster youth talent development, contribute to crime prevention through sports, and improve the community’s livelihoods.
The partnership with MAFRO Sports is expected to strengthen Police FC’s image and performance on and off the pitch while fostering a deeper connection with its fans and stakeholders.
