Naguru, Kampala – The Living Group, another arm of the vast Ruparelia Group’s real estate wing, will tomorrow, Friday, July 11, officially unveil its latest luxury residential project, the Vista Apartments in Naguru, a milestone event that marks the completion of the high-end urban property.
According to a senior representative from the Living Group, Vista Apartments Naguru has already registered overwhelming market response, with 90% of the units sold ahead of the official launch. Only four apartments remain available for purchase.
“This milestone reflects the confidence homebuyers and investors have in our brand and the strategic value of the Naguru location,” the official said, ahead of Friday’s launch.
The event, according to the official, will begin with Haven Prayers scheduled from 10:00 am to midday, followed by a cocktail reception at 6:00 pm, all taking place at the newly completed apartments in Naguru.
Vista Apartments is part of Living Group’s premium residential portfolio that includes Bukoto Living and 48 Apartments, under the Ruparelia Group’s wider property investment wing. The project features modern design, panoramic views, and high-end finishes, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary urban living.
