Kampala, Uganda: Kampala Standard Nursery & Primary School – Kyanja, has added fresh momentum to its already stellar reputation with the appointment of Ms Danmark P. Stine as the new Supervisor for Lower Primary (P1–P2) and the Nursery section.
KPS, already recognised among Kampala’s top-performing institutions in the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), says Ms Danmark’s expertise will strengthen the critical early years that shape a child’s academic journey.
“We’re pleased to introduce Miss Danmark P. Stine as our new Supervisor for Lower Primary (P2 & P1) and Nursery Section at #KampalaStandardNurseryPrimarySchool-Kyanja. Miss Stine brings technical expertise, experience, and passion for pupil development,” KPS said in a brief statement via the socials.
With experience spanning credible institutions both locally and internationally, and a strong grasp of national and international curricula, her appointment is being hailed as a big score for the urban school.
Raising the Foundations Higher
Early years are the bedrock of education: Ms Danmark steps into her new role at a time when Kampala Standard is consolidating its success, having consistently produced excellent results since its pioneer PLE class. In 2022, all 17 candidates passed in First Division with single-digit aggregates.
In 2023, the school again recorded a 100% Division One performance, and by 2024, it was ranked among the top three private schools in Kampala, with 26 out of 30 pupils scoring Division One.
By strengthening teaching and supervision in Nursery and P1–P2, Ms Danmark is expected to deepen literacy, numeracy, and learning readiness for pupils, ensuring they transition into upper classes better prepared for the rigours of PLE.
The school announced that Ms Danmark brings “technical expertise, experience, and passion for pupil development.” Her exposure to both the Ugandan curriculum and international best practices is anticipated to add value in curriculum delivery, teacher mentoring, and learner support.

Sustaining a Legacy of Excellence
For Kampala Standard PS, the appointment of Ms Danmark is a commitment to its continuous improvement to excel beyond limits. The school has built its name not just on academic performance but also on holistic education, integrating co-curricular activities, small class sizes, and personalised learner support.
With Ms Danmark’s leadership in the formative years, parents and guardians are assured that the school is investing in the strongest foundations possible.
Her arrival also sends a clear message that the school is not resting on past glory. Instead, it is strategically positioning itself to maintain its PLE dominance while enriching early learning outcomes for every pupil.
