Kiboga, Uganda: SPA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, the Manager of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), and the NRM flag bearer for Kiboga Woman MP, Ms Desire Muhooza, have rallied tens of thousands of residents to massively vote for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and all NRM candidates in the district in the coming 2026 general elections.
The outreach at Kiboga Saza Grounds, which attracted tens of thousands of Museveni’s Bazzukulu, saw residents walk away with wealth creation tools including spraying machines, hair dryers, and bricklaying equipment to boost household incomes and fight poverty.
Speaking to the marmoth of a crowd at the grounds, Hajjat Namyalo warned against divided support, stressing that service delivery only flows through NRM flag bearers.
“Our dear voters, we thank you for supporting Hon. Muhooza and President Museveni. Now that she has received the NRM flag, we fully stand behind her and kindly urge all of you to vote for all NRM flag bearer, because President Museveni recognizes only NRM flag bearers,” she appealed.

On her part, Ms Desire Muhooza, who is widely tipped to lead NRM towards reclaiming the woman MP seat, echoed Hajjat’s call, urging residents to reject independents who divide the party’s support base.
“Our votes were divided in the past elections, that’s why we lost to the opposition. I appeal to you to remain united behind NRM candidates. The President wants 80%, but as leatders we are ready to fight hard so that Kiboga delivers 90%,” she declared, drawing thunderous applause.
