Kamuli witchdoctor burns own shrine after winning UGX 500M in fixed games

Residents of Kamuli District in the Busoga sub-region were left in disbelief after a well-known traditional healer set his own shrine ablaze shortly after winning over UGX 500 million from Uganda Bettors Association’s fixed games.

The witch doctor, whose identity has been withheld for security reasons admitted that he had long been performing false miracles in an effort to make ends meet. His life, he says, took an unexpected turn the moment he discovered Uganda Bettors Association.

“I have been performing false miracles. None of it was real; it was simply a way to earn money,” he confessed. “One day, while on my phone, a notification popped up about a schoolteacher who had won a lot of money through sports betting. I read the story and immediately became interested in joining the association.”

According to the traditional healer, he contacted Uganda Bettors Association to inquire about how he too could benefit. After receiving a full explanation of the process, he paid the required fees.

“They sent me the games, but since I knew nothing about betting, I asked them to guide me. They asked me to send the stake, and they placed the bet on my behalf,” he said.

The following morning, he received a message informing him that his ticket had won. After submitting all the required details, the money was promptly deposited into his bank account.

“After receiving the money, I made a drastic decision to burn the shrine,” he explained. “It had been giving me nightmares because deep down, I knew nothing I was doing there was real.”

Filled with relief and gratitude, he expressed appreciation to Uganda Bettors Association for what he described as a life-changing opportunity. “I want to thank Uganda Bettors Association for this blessing that has transformed my life forever.”

For individuals interested in joining, he advised visiting their official website: Ugandabettors.com.
