Kayole, Kenya: Pastors from different Christian denominations on December 13, 2025, participated in a public Bible examination on the Book of Revelation during an inter-church engagement organised by the Shincheonji Church of Jesus in Kayole.
The event, themed around Revelation 1:1–2, brought together 24 pastors from established churches who were invited to assess and publicly test their understanding of biblical prophecy, particularly the Book of Revelation.
According to organisers, the exercise was designed as an open and transparent discussion platform rather than a closed theological debate, allowing pastors to compare interpretations and teaching approaches.
Results released at the end of the session showed a wide disparity in scores, with participating Protestant pastors averaging 2.5 points, while Shincheonji instructors and pastors scored 100 percent.
The outcome sparked extended discussion among attendees, with several pastors acknowledging gaps in their understanding of Revelation.

One participating pastor said the exercise had reshaped his perspective on biblical study. “Through this exam, I realised for the first time that the foundation of God’s work is recorded in Genesis and Revelation. Studying these books together will help me better understand how God works on earth,” he said.
Organisers said the event aimed to promote scripture-based dialogue and encourage pastors to revisit biblical prophecy with renewed focus. Several attendees expressed interest in further engagement and study sessions.
Shincheonji Church representatives indicated that similar public Bible examinations and discussions are planned in other parts of Kenya as part of ongoing religious outreach and education efforts.
