Arua woman has captured national attention after winning more than UGX 200 million through Uganda Bettors Association fixed games.
Gloria, a single mother of two, revealed that her life took a dramatic turn after years of financial hardship and struggle.
According to her, the breakthrough came when a close friend from Kampala intervened after witnessing her difficult living conditions.
“I had no knowledge about betting,” Gloria explained. “My friend visited me, saw how much I was suffering, and she was deeply touched. “At first, I did not believe it,” Gloria recalled. “When I finally went to the bank and saw the money in my account, I almost collapsed. My eyes could not believe what I was seeing. I immediately withdrew UGX 20 million just to confirm that the money was truly mine.”
The unexpected win has completely transformed her life, allowing her to support her children, improve her living standards, and regain hope for the future.
