In a protest note addressed to Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba Monday afternoon, ULS President Isaac Ssemakadde said Lukwago, who is lead counsel for Dr Kizza Besigye and Hajj Obeid Lutale in an ongoing treason trial, was allegedly arrested by Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) personnel after his home was reportedly raided.
