Retired Colonel and Four time Presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye Kifefe has warned that the escalating brutality against some presidential candidates will cause an alarming situation in the country is the the Electoral Commission keeps on looking on with no action.
Besigye said this in a tweet and demanded the immediate release of Bobi Wine and warned that all presidential candidates should suspend campaigns and meet to determine the way forward.
