MITYANA: At least 4 people were recorded injured with serious wounds in a nasty accident that happened on the Mubende-Mityana Highway on Tuesday morning.
Eyewitnesses said a speeding taxi rammed into sacks of charcoal that had fallen off a truck, overturning several times.
The taxi registration number UBG 632V was traveling from Igayaza town council in Kakumiro district.
One of the survivors told New Vision that the taxi was speeding and the driver failed to control the vehicle.
