Voting Suspended in Rubaga as EC delivers wrong voting materials

JUST IN: Voting has been suspended at some polling stations in Rubaga South after the Electoral Commission delivered the wrong ballot papers in the division, the Daily Express can confirm.

It has happened in 3 polling stations to include, Kyengonge parking yard polling station, St cecilia polling station and at Bulwa polling station where mayoral candidate Erias Lukwago is set to cast his vote.

At Bulwa however, the right material has been delivered and polling resumed at 8am according to Joseph Lukowe, an EC presiding officer there.

At St Cecilia polling station, the first 8 people voted for people they didn’t know as wrong ballot papers were delivered and voting here is still posed.
