StarTimes Uganda Premier League Second Round Fixtures Released

The Star Times Uganda Premier League Secretariat has today (Thursday) released the second round fixtures for the remainder of the 2020/21 season.

The second round according to the new fixture list will kickoff on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 with Busoga United FC playing hosts to Onduparaka FC at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.

This therefore means teams have nearly two weeks of rest before they get back to action. The League according to the fixtures released will end on Wednesday, 31st June 2021 with all the last eight fixtures poised to happen on the same day.

At the end of the first round of the 2020/21 SUPL season, Revenue collectors, Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) was topping the league log with 36 points accumulated from 15 games while newly promoted Kitara FC sits rock bottom with just five points.

Here is how Matchday 16 will fare on league resumption

  • 31st March – Busoga United FC vs Onduparaka FC
  • 1st April – MYDA FC vs SC Villa
  • 2nd April – Kitara FC vs Soltilo Bright Stars FC
  • 2nd April – Wakiso Giants FC vs Mbarara City FC
  • 2nd April – KCCA FC vs BUL FC
  • 2nd April – UPDF FC vs Vipers SC
  • 3rd April – Express FC vs URA FC
  • 3rd April – Kyetume FC vs Police FC
