Koboko District Police Commander Samuel Abwang on Wednesday confirmed the arrest of Emmanuel Drate who is being detained at the Koboko central Police station cells.

Abwang warned that special treatment will not be accorded to errant officers serving in the Uganda Police Force.

“After being questioned, he confessed that he has been selling the drugs.

Files are being prepared and he will be charged because that is theft and misuse of government office,” Abwang said.
