EXCLUSIVE: H.E Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is also the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces has appointed Ex-police chief Gen Kale Kayihura as the new Commander of the Defence Forces CDF.
Kayihura is set to replace Gen. David Muhoozi who was appointed as the State Minister for Internal Affairs, and also currently serves as an Army representative in the parliament.
Other appointments are as below;
Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba retains the SPA/Special Operations position.
Lt. Gen. Nalweyiso is SPA/Defence
Mr. Richard Muhinda is SPA/Public Service
Dr. Ezra Suruma is SPA/Economic Planning
