The Kampala Capital City Authority Deputy Director of Strategy and Business Development, Patrick Musoke is dead.
The office of the Lord Mayor on Friday morning announced the demise of Musoke, who has been at KCCA for 9 years since May 2012.
“The Office of the Lord Mayor is deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the passing on of Patrick Musoke,” said part of the statement.
The late was described as a lynchpin in strategic planning and the brain behind several plans implemented by the authority.
“The loss of such a brilliant and hardworking staff is the most difficult experience anyone in the Institution will have to go through. We can only recompense his efforts by tasking Government to avail resources to enable us realize these plans so that they aren’t shelved.”
Before joining KCCA, Musoke worked in the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) as Manager Strategy Development and Management for 18 years from April 1993 to November 2011.
