KAMPALA: The Retired Archbishop of the Church of Uganda Stanley Ntagali has lost his son, Charles Birungi Ntagali.
The deceased aged 31, was one of the five children of the former Archbishop.
Birungi, 31, was the last born of four sons and one daughter of Stanley and Beatrice Ntagali.
Birungi reportedly passed away last night while being rushed to hospital according to one of his friends.
“Sad to hear about the untimely death of my friend, OB, and village mate; Charles Birungi Ntagali, son to retired Archbishop Ntagali, who collapsed at midnight on his way to hospital,” said Robert Tumusiime, a friend of the deceased.
“Commiseration to The Most Rev. Stanley Ntagali Akiiki and family for the loss of your last born.”
