The Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examination results for the year 2020 were on Friday afternoon released by the Education Minister. This has sparked jubilation among several schools, parents and students after scoring good aggregates overall.
According to UNEB, the general performance in the 2020 UCE Results has improved compared to the 2019 results released last year, despite registering worst performances in Biology, Chemistry and Geography subjects.
Western Uganda has been named among the top performing regions in the country, behind the Central Region leading with Kampala, Mukono and Wakiso at the helm.
Below is a list of best schools with students who scored UCE Aggregates 8 in 8 in the western districts of Hoima, Bushenyi, Ibanda, Rukungiri, Kabale, kakumiro, Kasese, Kyegegwa, Mbarara, Ntungamo and Sheema amonf others.
