NRM’s Sewava Organizes Thanksgiving for Rt. Hon Jacob Oulanyah

Many people might not know the true friends of Rt Hon. Jacob Oulanyah the Speaker of parliament are, this you could tell the nostalgia when he is emphasizing his special bond with Eng. Joseph Sewava who is also the National Spokesperson in the office of the National Chairman of the NRM, His Excellence Yoweri Kaguta, the President of Uganda.

This was at the thanksgiving ceremony organized by Sewava on Sunday to congratulate Mr. Oulanyah upon assuming the office of the speakership. During the mass was presided over by the Most Rev.Fr.Kasibante, Rt Hon. Oulanyah elaborated how Sewava is a true friend who even stood with him during the heated election of the Speaker of the 11th parliament.”Even when I die, I will still remember Sewava,” he said.

Oulanyah was also excited to see Adam Buyinza, the CEO of Public opinion.” I see my comrade Buyinza, very vibrant in all aspects, am not shocked that he is selling the products he is selling.,” which attracted laughter.

Rt Hon. Oulanyah speech was ended with a punchline in form of scripture from Corinthians 13:13 which talks about Faith, Hope, and love for one another.

Other speakers in the evening included Hon. Desire Muhooza, one of the promoters of the Sub-parish model, one of the prominent government programs. She implored the youths to keep the values of humanity, and support one another instead of plotting others down, a common vice amongst many youths.

The glorious event was also characterized by a bevy of drinks and foods which Chairman Sewava hosted to his guests at his palatial home in Seguku.

The function was also attended by who is who in the city Kampala who included: Hon. Kiwanda, Hon. Sebamala Robert, Hon. Nekesa Barbra, Hon. Sseruwagi Habibu, Ms Kellen Kayunga, Ms.Rita Myooga, Hon. Abber Lilian, Hon. Robert Rwakandare, Mr.Isaac Semanyi, Mr. Frank Serubiri, Hon. Naava Mastulla, Mr. Ben Ssebuguzi, Mr.Aliganyira Frank among others.
