Victoria University Kampala, a world-class transformational institution of higher learning in Uganda is set to host Nigeria’s bravest entrepreneur Mr. Sijibomi Ogundele in an open public business lecture as he discusses his “Grass to Grace success story”.
The life-touching lecture which will be open to the public at absolutely FREE Entry will take place on Monday, October 11, 2021, at the University’s Main Auditorium starting at 11 am – 1 pm.
The Management of VU, however, said the lecture shall be limited to only 200 people as recommended by the Government in the recently announced COVID-19 measures on events and public gatherings.
Sijibomi, the CEO of Sujimoto Construction Limited who is ranked among the top 100 business leaders in Africa will be discussing ‘business and his life’ under the theme “A Textbook Definition of the Grass to Grace Success Story” of his entrepreneurial life and road to a successful business empire.
VC Muganga Explains Sijibomi visit
In an interview with Daily Express, the Vice-Chancellor Dr. Lawrence Muganga said, “Victoria University aspires to become a world-class transformational varsity offering quality and life-changing education away from the classroom-based lectures popular with today’s educational sector.
To achieve this, Muganga says the University is investing heavily in public lectures that will bring self-established entrepreneurs to explain how they built their business empires to inspire the VU Community.
“Victoria University cherishes to transform Uganda’s education sector from classroom-based to real-life learning experiences, and this is why, we have decided to invite Sijibomi, among the many entrepreneurs to come and share their success story with the students and the outside community,” Muganga explained.
“We want such established entrepreneurs to inspire not only our students but also the business community in Uganda,” he added.

Who is Sijibomi Ogundele?
