JUST IN: Another Bus Explodes into Flames in Mpigi, No Casualty recorded

MPIGI, UGANDA: Property worth millions of money has been burnt to ashes after a bus exploded into flames along the Kampala – Mpigi highway on Tuesday afternoon.

According to reports, the bus registration No. UAU 926U belonging to Gateway Bus company was traveling from Kampala to Kabale caught fire in Buwama. However, no causality has been recorded as all passengers on board were evacuated before the fire outbreak.

The fire whose cause is attributed to a mechanical problem leaves the country in suspense following bomb blasts that have become a daily threat to the citizens.

By press time, Police was yet to issue a statement on the developments.
