Brian Mulondo named Head of Content Marketing at Multichoice

He is currently a co-host with Faiza on KFM’s “D’Mighty Breakfast, a popular morning show that runs on weekdays from 6-10 am having joined the station in 2017.

Celebrated Events Emcee and 93.3 KFM’s #DMightyBreakfast show host Brian Mulondo has landed himself a new juicy role at Multichoice Uganda.

According to his social media post, the celebrated media personality revealed that he is now the new Local Content Marketing Manager at Multichoice Uganda, the parent company of DSTV Uganda and GOTV Uganda.

“Folks, I am pleased to inform you that I have been appointed as the Local Content Marketing Manager at Multichoice Uganda (@DStvUganda and@GOtvUganda),” Mulondo tweeted sharing the good news to his fans.

He added that he is looking forward to serving the public with the best content that will compete with that from different African nations. “I am humbled by the Trust & the Responsibility that has been handed to me. Looking forward to serving,” he said.

Mulondo, who is no stranger to the Uganda TV/Radio and entertainment sector, was once a presenter of the then-popular Mini Buzz which aired on NTV, discussed news, current affairs, and issues that affect the lives and communities of random commuters.

He also produces shows like Timeline, and Bump love on NTV as the creative director at the Garage Group Uganda.

He is currently a co-host with Faiza on KFM’s “D’Mighty Breakfast, a popular morning show that runs on weekdays from 6-10 am having joined the station in 2017.

It is not yet understood if Mulondo will be seeking to quit his Radio job and concentrate on the new managerial role at Multichoice but close sources reveal that he has already alerted the superiors of his intention to quit the station at the end of this month.

The source further reveals that although Mulondo had known about this new gig about two months ago, only his wife Manuela, and top bosses at Multichoice Uganda had hitherto been privy of the secret.

If he happens to quit as sources claim, then the KFM D’Mighty breakfast fans who had gotten accustomed to his cheeky and funny morning presenting will be moaning about his exit which adds to a list of migrating workers leaving the Namuwongo based station in the recent months.

Key among those that have departed KFM recently include Maritza (formerly a co-host at the D’Might Breakfast show) and James Peterson (Formerly host of KFM’s Evening Drive) who both departed to join rivals NXT Radio at the beginning of this year.
