KAMPALA, UGANDA: Uganda’s sensational child rapper Nanyanzi Faith, popularly known as Felista di Superstar, is among the millions of pupils who this week finished their primary leaving exams (PLE) in the two-day exercise country-wide.
PLE exams kicked off on Tuesday 8th November with Mathematics, and Social Studies and ended on Wednesday with Integrated Science and English.
Felista who has been pupil at Kampala Parents School since 2020 yesterday joined over 400 other pupils in celebration for a milestone reached after successfully finishing their P.7 final exams.
Speaking after her last paper, the 11-year-old Nawambye singer showered great thanks and appreciation to the school for giving her an opportunity at education and promised to excel in her exams.
“Thank you the teachers for teaching me up and thank you very much up to this final day that I have sat my exams and I expect to pass with flying colours,” Felista told journalists that flocked the school on Wednesday afternoon.
She also thanked the Ruparelia Foundation for the bursary granted and promised not to let them down when the exam results return next year.
Asked what she will do during the long holiday, Felista promised her fans that she will now concentrate on music as she awaits her exams to come back, and therefore, they should expect new song releases from her very soon.
“I am going to do music, yes! music only, my fans should just wait for new music from me and the management,” she emphasized.

Felista di Superstar was two years ago enrolled at Kampala Parents School under the Ruparelia Foundation Scholarship Scheme, where she joined another kid superstar Fresh Kid (real names Patrick Ssenyonjo) and the two have since then seen their academic levels rise to the standard.
“I would love to see her become a guide and inspiration to many young people out there hence, Ruparelia Foundation is presenting this young girl with a full scholarship from the Ruparelia Foundation to go to Kampala Parents’ School,” Rajiv Ruparelia the foundation’s managing director said them while awarding her the scholarship,
“We shall ensure you learn how to be confident and we shall make sure that all we offer you help grow your music career,” he added.
