KAMPALA, UGANDA: Hajji Musa Sewava, one of the founders and director of Sir Apollo Kaggwa Schools has died.

A family member and close relative told DailyExpress that Hajji Sewava who was in his early 60s passed on at Kampala Hospital on Thursday morning where he had been hospitalized after a stroke he suffered on Sunday, December 11.

As per the Islamic customs, the source says the fallen educationist will be laid to rest at his ancestral home today at 4 pm in Buloba, Mityana Road.

Hajj Sewava was the owner of the popular Sir Apollo Kaggwa Schools spanning across Kampala, with branches in Kisasi, Mengo, Nakasero, Kitintale, and Kireka, among others.

He was a staunch supporter of Express Football Club and a member of its interim committee in late 2011 when its leadership was in crisis.
