KAMPALA, UGANDA: Nassuna Husinah, a 21-year-old Bachelor of Nursing Science student at Victoria University is set to battle out with 37 other finalists for the Miss Elite World 2023 Beauty Crown.
The international beauty pageant finale will take place on 19th May 2023 in Somabay, a modern town resort at the Red Sea, Egypt with a total of 38 beauties selected from across the world battling it out for the iconic crown of elite women.
Nassuna, 21, a beauteous and curvaceous student who hails from the central region of Masaka District qualified to represent Uganda at the competition after she emerged Miss Elite Uganda 2023 at the Miss Uganda Grand Finale last month.
Victoria University in a tweet confirmed Nassuna’s participation in the continent beauty contest and called upon Ugandans to back the 21-year-old in the race to bring the iconic award home.
“We are set for this race. Our own student @HusinahNassuna will lift our University and African flag, in this race, for the Miss Elite World. We are ready to bring the Crown home,” the University said in a tweet on Monday.
