Kampala, (UG): Uganda Cranes Head Coach, Put Paul Joseph has named a final squad of 22 players travelling to Cairo, Egypt where they will face Kuwait in an International Friendly game this week.
The team departed Entebbe International Airport on Monday (today) at 6 PM (EAT) and will camp in Egypt ahead of the January 19th friendly with the Middle East country.
Unfortunately, due to injuries, Milton Karisa and Umar Lutalo had to withdraw from the travelling contingent after the pair sustained injuries.
Put in his 22-man team has only considered players in the domestic leagues with no professional summoned to maximise the local-based talent and potential.
