Jinja, (UG): The Tourism industry in Uganda is in grief after losing one Robert Davies alias Rob Davies, the proprietor of Bungee Uganda and ATV Quadbike Safaris in the eastern district of Jinja,
Rob, one of the country’s top investors in tourism passed away yesterday (Thursday) after a short period of illness.
Although the exact of his death was yet to be identified by press time, several unconfirmed reports indicated that the tourism guru fell ill a few weeks ago and went through an unsuccessful surgery which claimed his life.
By press time, DailyExpress was yet to get the final program for the late tourism guru. Robert will be dearly missed by Uganda’s fast-growing tourism industry.
