On the local scene, Uganda Cranes sensation Travis Mutyaba has reached an agreement to join Egyptian football powerhouse Zamalek SC, marking a significant chapter in his career with reports suggesting that the Egyptian giants concluded discussions with Mutyaba’s club Dinamo Tbilisi (Georgia) for a substantial five-year contract.

Back in the UPL (Uganda Premier League), BUL FC have made waves by securing goalkeeper Tom Ikara with a two-year contract extension.

Ikara’s stellar performance in the first round proved instrumental, leading to the relegation of first-choice goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa to the bench.

Meanwhile, KCCA FC has bolstered its squad with the signing of former Vipers SC goalkeeper Mutwalibi Mugolofa on a short-term deal until the ongoing season concludes.
