Ah, March, the month of madness in the grand circus of Ugandan politics! As we bid farewell to this whirlwind of scandals and celebrations, one question lingers in the air: Should Ugandans refrain from being corrupt? Let’s take a satirical journey through the rollercoaster ride that was March; the art of unethical conduct.
