SPA Namyalo appoints Segero, Oyo as ONC Coordinators for Busoga, Teso

Kampala, (UG):- The Office of the NRM National Chairman (ONC) political head, SPA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye has appointed new coordinators for the Teso and Busoga Sub Regions, as part of the office’s continued strategy to intensify mobilization efforts for the NRM ruling party.

In the notable changes which DailyExpress vividly confirmed, Segero Ali, formerly coordinator for Jinja City has now been elevated to head the informal sector in the Busoga Sub Region, in what seems to be a new role for inclusion of the Bazzukulu in the region.

On the other hand, Oyo Arafat, popularly known as Karapenge, is now the new ONC Coordinator for Teso Subregion, replacing Julius Enyalu as the regional head of mobilization for President Museveni’s ONC.

Oyo Arafat, popularly known as Karapenge, is the new ONC Subregion Coordinator for TESO.

The appointments according to ONC Spokesperson, Mr Kintu Moses, take immediate effect.

The office of the National Chairman is established by the constitution of NRM as adopted on 22 May 2003, with a primary purpose of providing substantial support to the National Chairman in effectively implementing the party’s principles, policies, and other endeavour that contribute to the betterment of the NRM

The office is overseen and supervised by the National Chairman of the NRM Party; His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and its political activities are headed by the Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs, Hajjati Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, aka Chief Muzzukulu.
