Mityana, (UG):- Hundreds of mourners, including FUFA President Hon. Moses Magogo Sunday, May 19, gathered in Senya Village, Kiwawu, to pay their last respects to former Uganda Cranes player and goalkeepers’ coach, Fred Kajoba Kisitu.
The legendary coach passed away earlier last week, leaving behind a legacy that will be deeply missed in the football fraternity.
Hon. Richard Lumu, representing the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Anitah Among, delivered a heartfelt condolence message, praising Coach Kajoba’s dedication and commitment to nurturing talented goalkeepers at both national and club levels.
“His impact on Ugandan football is evident, and his legacy will live on,” He said.

The Speaker’s message conveyed condolences from the legislature, the sporting fraternity, and the people of Uganda, wishing the bereaved family strength and comfort during this difficult time.
A contribution of Ugshs 5 million was made towards the burial expenses.
