How many of you hear the word movement and understand its meaning? I imagine quite a few. Movement is life, health and healing. Movement is something which started as a study group in the late 1960s and culminated into a powerful movement that participated in not only the African independence liberation against colonialism but also liberated Africans from post-independence leaders who were suffering from colonial hangovers.
A case in point is states like Uganda which were poorly governed by fellow Africans unleashing terror and tyranny among others. From 1966 to date, when the movement was born has kept moving and evolving over time. It has never been static. Thanks to the Vision bearers headed by Ssaabalwanyi Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of Uganda.
As the National Chairman, Mr Museveni has kept the movement in motion that has enabled the Bazukkulu to reap from the movement benefits including peace and stability, free education, social economic transformation, law and order, and constitutionalism to mention but a few.
For continuity purposes and posterity, the Bazukkulu need to acknowledge the historical ideology of the liberators; socialism, Marxism and Maoism which later gave birth to Nationalism, social conservatism, Right-wing populism and Economic liberalism that is responsible for steering this country. The sacrifices of the movement bearers that have kept the movement in motion will always be celebrated. The values of the momeventists/liberators like courage, endurance and discipline which were their driving force at inception should always be celebrated to make enduring success in Uganda like the one of the Communist Party of China.
As ONC, the pinnacle of Bazukkulu, the question is; who has demonstrated the highest degree of endurance, courage and discipline in making the movement to keep moving in the presence of the liberators, this is none other than; Hajjat Hadijjah Namyalo, the manager of the Office of the National Chairman.
Using her unique mobilisation skills, she has made sure that the Chairman’s wealth creation programs of eradicating poverty among households are felt by the wanainchi; the youths, women and the ghettos and across the board through giving self-empowerment tools.
As if that is not enough, Hajjat has taken the spirit of the movement to the partygoers and celebrities which has made them appreciate that the happy moments today were fought for by the NRA/movement liberators. She first made the ONC a fireplace for supplication and thanksgiving because Philippians 4:6 says, “Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
All different faith denominations always crowd at ONC any time tea. Recently, Hajjat launched the annual inaugural sports gala for all Bazzukulu which will take place on 13th December 2024 at Phillip Omond Stadium. Such activities spread unity and Nationalism which are some of the great pillars of NRM.
In summary, Hajjat is fueling the movement and many others should join in spreading the historic cause. Movement is life and health. Lack of movement is death because it has also been proven in studies that the more we sit, the earlier we will die. Long live General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Long live Hajjat Uzeiye Namyalo SPA and Manager ONC.
