Namisindwa, (UG):- Namisindwa District Woman MP hopeful, Hon. Khalayi Peace Sunday joined mourners from Uganda and Kenya to honour the life and legacy of the late Situma during a heartfelt burial ceremony held in Tsono Parish, Bukokho Sub-County.
In her tribute, Hon. Khalayi reflected on Situma’s life, describing him as a beacon of selflessness and compassion. Quoting a meaningful phrase, she said, “When you do good, you do it for yourself, and when you do bad, you also do it for yourself.”
Hon Khalayi expounded on the statement saying, “Situma was a fitting reminder of the enduring value of living a life of kindness and service, qualities that he embodied throughout his life.”

The Hopeful Woman MP also extended her deepest condolences to Situma’s family and loved ones, urging them to find comfort in the legacy he leaves behind. “May his memory continue to inspire us all to spread love, kindness, and compassion in our daily lives,” she said.
Situma’s burial ceremony was a reflection of his far-reaching influence, bringing together people from across borders to celebrate a man who touched countless lives.
