Kampala, (UG):- Uganda’s leading transformational education hub, Victoria University, has launched an exciting opportunity for Senior Four (S4) leavers who missed out on A-Level admission, offering them a second chance to build a successful career through hands-on technical skills training.

Dr. Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, also took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity at the university’s Institute of Advanced Technical Studies. He reassured S4 graduates that not joining A-Level does not mark the end of their educational journey.
“Dear S4 leavers, missing out on A-Level admission is not the end of your educational journey. At Victoria University’s Institute of Advanced Technical Studies, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to continue your studies and acquire practical, hands-on skills that are essential for building a successful career in today’s competitive job market,” Dr Muganga wrote.
The VC urged prospective students to apply before the fast-approaching deadline of February 28 and encouraged the public to spread the word to family and friends to ensure no one is left out.
Victoria University, known for its modern and industry-focused education yet again bring this initiative approach to bridge the gap for students who might otherwise face limited career prospects, a move that highlights the relevance of technical and vocational education in shaping the country’s workforce.
