Kampala, Uganda: Ugandan Billionaire real estate mogul, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, has officially unveiled the One Ten Apartments, a landmark luxury residential development located in the heart of Kololo, one of Kampala’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

Developed under the Ruparelia Group’s real estate arm, Meera Investments Ltd, the One Ten Apartments project is now open for purchase, offering a new benchmark in upscale urban living.

Situated along Prince Charles Drive, the One Ten Apartments complex comprises 156 meticulously designed units, ranging from one to four-bedroom apartments. The two-bedroom apartments are available in four configurations; 123 m², 163 m², 169 m², and 170 m², while the three-bedroom units come in five variants: 183 m², 194 m², 198 m², 233 m², and 250 m².

A singular four-bedroom apartment spans 247 m², offering expansive living space for families or individuals seeking luxury and comfort.

The development boasts a suite of high-end amenities, including a serene swimming pool, proposed café and poolside bar, and two basement levels dedicated to parking. Residents will also benefit from backup generators and water tanks, ensuring uninterrupted services. The apartments are designed to provide panoramic views of Kampala, combining modern aesthetics with functional living spaces.

Speaking to this publication about this new development, Dr. Ruparelia emphasized the project’s significance, stating, “All over the world, real estate is considered one of the most secure long-term investment options, and Uganda is no exception. The ethos of Meera Investments since its inception in 1994 has been to build high-quality, state-of-the-art residential and commercial developments.”

The One Ten Apartments mark the latest addition to Ruparelia Group’s extensive portfolio of real estate ventures in Kampala. Notable projects include the Kingdom Kampala building, a $300 million mixed-use development featuring office spaces, retail outlets, and ample parking.

Another significant undertaking is the Pearl Business Park, an ambitious 20-acre mixed-use development set to transform Kampala’s skyline with its integration of commercial, residential, leisure, and shopping facilities.

Through these projects, the Ruparelia Group continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Uganda’s real estate landscape, offering innovative and luxurious living and working spaces that cater to the evolving needs of the market.
