Kampala, (UG):- Movit Products Limited, a leading player in the Ugandan business landscape, has been named as Uganda’s Best Beauty Products Manufacturing Company in Uganda for 2024/2025.
The recognition comes as a reward for its commitment to delivering high-quality beauty products and its dedication to promoting responsible investment and excellence in the industry.
The prestigious Uganda Responsible Investment and Uganda Development Champion accreditation certificate was awarded by Public Opinions in association with the Office of State for Investment and Privatization Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MFPED).
The recognition also recognised Movit for its contributions towards the attainment of Uganda Vision 2040 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Movit Products was also awarded the best beauty products company in Uganda for excelling in offering high-quality beauty products, continuously supporting productive corporate social responsibility, employing youth, promoting and upholding International and National Labour laws, environmental protection, paying taxes, and other notable achievements.
The Chairman of Movit Group, Mr. Simpson Birungi, has continuously committed himself to work towards the attainment of the Government of Uganda Vision 2040 while adopting the best technology at the factory. Under his leadership, Movit Products Limited has grown into one of Uganda’s top cosmetics brands with distribution links in both East Africa and the COMESA regions.
As a result of this recognition, Movit Products Limited will be inducted in the Uganda Development Champions Journal 2025 for Uganda Certified Responsible Investments/Development Champions.
