Nakyanzi Katerinah Gloria, a Tourism and Hospitality student at Victoria University, said her goal is to use the platform to promote agriculture and traditional medicine.

“Besides agricultural promotion, I would like to promote the use of herbal medicines in Uganda because of the advantages they have over modern medicine,” she said during the launch.

Tusiimirwe Martha, representing Western Uganda, emphasized her commitment to instilling cultural values among her peers. “I would like to educate my peers about the Ankole culture because I come from Ankole, which is rich in culture,” she said.

Nabusubi Christine, a student of Catering and Hotel Management, said she intends to leverage digital platforms to spread cultural awareness. “I would like to use social media platforms like TikTok to promote African values and cultures because most young people are getting their information on social media,” she noted.
