Kampala, Uganda: The Office of the National Chairman (ONC) under the leadership of Senior Presidential Advisor and National Coordinator Bazzukulu, SPA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has pledged full support for Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s upcoming 20-year gospel music celebration slated for August 8, 2025, at Kampala Serena Hotel.
The ONC boss hosted the celebrated pastor and gospel singer at her Kyambogo office on Thursday, July 19, and reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to promoting talent, youth empowerment, and positive community influence through the arts.
Hajjat Namyalo lauded Pastor Bugembe’s contribution to Uganda’s spiritual and cultural fabric, noting that his success reflects the fruits of the peace and stability brought about by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s leadership.
“As ONC, we celebrate and support talents that inspire and uplift society and promote Bazzukulu to thrive. Pastor Bugembe is a product of the peaceful and enabling environment that our Jajja H.E. Kaguta Museveni has fought to build. His journey is a testimony to what is possible under NRM leadership,” the Chief Muzzukulu said.

Hajjat pledged ONC’s direct support for the upcoming concert, humorously suggesting it could also be the day Bugembe reveals his “missing rib,” drawing laughter from the room.
In support of the show, ONC purchased tickets for three VVIP tables, further cementing its commitment to the artist’s milestone event.
Pastor Bugembe, in turn, thanked Hajjat Namyalo for her warm reception and inclusive leadership, describing her as a unifying figure who welcomes all Ugandans regardless of tribe or religion.
“This is the second time I am meeting Hajjat Hadijah. The first time happened during the Dr Bbosa book launch. She spoke words that drew admiration for her style. I thank her for welcoming all regardless of religion or tribe,” he said.

Pastor Bugembe, who continues to inspire millions with his music and pastoral ministry, closed the meeting with a prayer for Hajjat Namyalo, asking God to protect and guide her work through ONC.
The concert is expected to attract thousands of fans and dignitaries, celebrating two decades of gospel music, hope, and resilience.
