Mbale, (UG):- After much anticipation and delays, the highly awaited Bugisu Youths Symposium is back, and this time, it’s poised to make a grand impact for the Bamasaaba.
Originally scheduled for September, the event was postponed due to the busy schedule of one of its key figures, “Jajja Wabazzukulu,” President Yoweri Museveni who has since incorporated it into his ongoing wealth creation tour in the Bugisu sub-region.
And now, the wait is finally over, after the organizers confirmed that the symposium will finally take place on 20th December 2024 at the Mbale Secondary School (SS) playgrounds in Mbale City.
This much-anticipated event, a gathering of youths from across the Bugisu region and beyond, promises to be a monumental occasion for the young people of Uganda.
The Symposium will bring together thousands of Bazzukulu (grandchildren), from various districts including Bududa, Mbale City, Mbale District, Manafwa, Namisindwa, Sironko, and Bulambuli. The goal is to empower them with the knowledge and inspiration to create wealth and change their lives.
The symposium will feature none other than Jajja, a figure whose message of wealth creation has inspired countless individuals across the nation. His words have not only sparked hope but have also been a catalyst for action.
The event comes in due time when there are many testimonies of young people whose lives have been transformed, driven by the guidance and practical strategies he shares on how to build personal wealth and contribute to national development.
Chris Buyera, the lead organizer of the symposium said the event is set to be a pivotal moment for the youth in the Bugisu region, as Jajja will once again take the stage to impart his powerful message.
“His focus will be on inspiring the youths to take charge of their futures through entrepreneurial ventures, practical life skills, and understanding the importance of sustainable wealth creation,” Buyera told this website, adding; “Many attendees will undoubtedly find themselves motivated by the success stories of their peers who have already turned Jajja’s teachings into tangible outcomes.
